The group is off to a white mountaintop resort in Vermont to give Teresa one last trip before Joe goes to prison and she enters single parenthood. The trip gets off to a rocky start as Jacqueline and Teresa's friend, Robyn, get into a scuffle in the van on the way there. Melissa sees a new side to Jacqueline, while Dolores and Siggy struggle to keep the peace. Later by the bonfire, Jacqueline and Robyn lose control of their tempers and a simple s'mores moment turns into a fiery argument.
It’s the ladies’ second day in Vermont and the group is divided. Siggy and Dolores try to console Jacqueline who is still licking her wounds from her fight with Robyn, and Teresa and Melissa don't understand why Jacqueline is playing victim. Later, Jacqueline loses her cool with Teresa and Melissa with words she will never be able to take back. Eventually Dolores and Siggy finally reach their breaking point with everyone leaving Vermont in a very different state than when they arrived.

Finally, Teresa makes an alarming accusation that shocks the group to the core.

Joe Gorga and Chris Laurita join to discuss Teresa's serious accusation, and Dolores is the only one that keeps the group from exploding.
